Account Executive
MAIN FUNCTION OF THE JOB
- The delivery of client assignments on time within budget and with true excellence in account management: throughout the assignment’s life cycle.
KEY MANAGEMENT DUTIES
- The delivery of assignments on time and within budget
- Excellence in account management throughout the assignment life cycle
- The management of up-selling and cross-selling opportunities in line with the Business Development Plan
KEY RESEARCH DUTIES
- The correct utilisation of the company’s research tools to provide solutions to client recruitment and market intelligence dilemmas. This should be complemented by excellence in account management.
- The proper volume and balance of phone, internet and directory usage
- The ability to manage multiple assignments through proper delegation, prioritisation and time management
- The management of quality control of all external and internal written communications in line with our continuous improvement strategy.
- The management of quality control mechanics for all external reports in line with our continuous improvement strategy
