MAIN FUNCTION OF THE JOB
- * The development of new business and the smooth transition from Sales and Marketing to Client Delivery in line with the company’s business plan and strategic direction.
KEY LEADERSHIP DUTIES
- The realisation of the company’s overriding vision and mission
- The development and implementation of new business development
KEY MANAGEMENT DUTIES
- The delivery of assignments on time and within budget
- The management of and excellence in account management throughout the assignment life cycle
- Full profit and loss responsibility for individual business units
- The management of up-selling and cross-selling opportunities in line with the Business Development Plan
