We adopt this partnership approach to our work so that the research is tightly controlled and consistently on target via for example, interim reports which are open to scrutiny.
The service is inclusive and flexible in that we can provide value through this staged process to any point appropriate to the client’s needs in any particular situation so that we only impinge upon the activity where and when strictly relevant, thus controlling costs even further.
We do not charge placement fees but rather work on a daily rate fixed at the outset of the research assignment.
This means that the cost of recruitment is not affected by the salary level and therefore genuinely provides significant cost savings over traditional methods.
