Paul Ryder joins the Executive Leadership team of one of the fastest growing companies in the North of England and has been promoted to Head of Business Development in less than two years.
Paul’s promotion gives him a wider remit for both the Write Research Company and its recently acquired public sector recruitment business Smart Public. He will be working alongside the founder and Executive Chairman of the Write Research Company and Smart Public- Glen Hall
He will be head of an experienced Group Sales and Marketing team based in offices both in Leeds and Newcastle Upon Tyne. Paul previously worked as a Director of Marketing for a New College Durham an internationally renowned Higher Education college in the city of Durham.
Commenting on joining Write Research Paul appreciates and understands his future challenge to take a good company and make it great. ‘I am deeply committed to Write Research and Smart Public’s core values and its clear vision and mission over the next 10 years. I am determined to utilise the company’s growth-delivery-consolidation system whilst maintaining the companies real desires to provide a true alternative to the high fees of the head hunter and recruitment consultants both in the private sector through Write Research and the Public Sector through Smart Public.
