The Write Research Group (www.writeresearchgroup.com) is an award winning Research Consultancy that offers a true alternative to the high percentage fees of headhunter and recruitment agencies. Our primary services are Research for senior level recruitment and Business Intelligence. Founded in 2000, the Group continues to experience phenomenal year on year growth and now has three offices nationwide and an impressive Client base including over thirty of the FTSE 100.
Due to our ongoing growth and expansion plans, we wish to appoint a Group Business Development Manager to develop business on a nationwide basis. Reporting to the Group Director of Business Development and operating with significant autonomy, responsibility will span the full sales and marketing mix. This coupled with on going client relationship management and the ability to spot and then deliver up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ideal candidates will be degree qualified with a track record of at least three years retained recruitment sales experience; generating senior management assignments across any industry sector. Alternatively, outstanding sales professionals from other service driven business to business environments may also be considered.
This role offers un-limited growth potential and career development prospects are easily attainable as the group continues to thrive. There will be considerable travel involved, but this will be compensated with a remuneration package tailored to attract those of the very highest calibre.
