The Write Research Group is an award winning research consultancy that is changing the face of executive recruitment. The Group continues to experience phenomenal growth and our client base now includes over 50 FTSE 350 and several leading public sector organisations.

Due to our ongoing expansion, we wish to appoint a dynamic Business Unit Director to join our vibrant Client Delivery division. Reporting to the Executive Chairman, this position will carry responsibility for the management and development of a high calibre team and will lead senior level research projects and business intelligence assignments for a prestigious client portfolio; additionally you will have a crucial role to play in repeat business generation and up-selling and cross-selling activities.

ideal candidates will be confident "go-getters" with a high work ethic and outstanding leadership qualities. You will be degree qualified with a proven track record - either in an executive research, recruitment/resourcing, HR or B2B senior account management function. Alternatively, you may be operating in a leadership role within a fast paced professional services environment and be ready for a different - and significant challenge.
