The Write Research Company’s winning formula for its high performance status has been successfully transferred to its public sector head-hunting business Smart Public which will out perform its parent company in its first year of trading both in terms of turnover, profit and ROI.

Write Research has achieved this growth over the last 5 years through their growth-delivery-consolidation development system. They are now one of the fastest growing companies in the north of England and will appear on the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 listing over the next year.

The Write Research Group strengthens its executive board in line with its future growth plans by promoting its top performers. The group continues its impressive growth plans by consolidating both its Group Sales and Marketing and Group Client Delivery functions at board level, middle and junior management. Business Development, Marketing and Client Delivery are now fully represented at the highest level.

During the year Group Sales and Marketing opened its purpose built group sales and marketing office in the newly developed Apex Business Village in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The company invested heavily in the latest telephony and information technology infrastructures complemented by intelligent databases. Later in the year Group Client Delivery will move to bigger premises due to ambitious recruitment plans through year 6 and the development of its talent academy.

The Talent Academy’s vision is to recruit and retain the brightest graduates from across the United Kingdom’s university system. The Talent Academy has been designed to refine and equip new recruits with the most appropriate commercial and academic research tools and it deepens there understanding of the company’s vision, mission and business philosophy.
