Tim Gleave - Managing Director
Tim’s vision for the company in the present and future is to provide a ‘high value’ ‘low cost’ alternative to recruitment agencies and what he sees as the ‘myth’ of head-hunting. He is deeply committed to Write Research’s core values and its clear vision and mission over the next 10 years. He has developed the company’s growth-delivery-consolidation system whilst maintaining the company’s real desire to provide a true alternative to the high fees of head-hunters and recruitment consultants. His ambition is to take a very good company and with the Leadership and Delivery team make it great.
Tim’s career is a fusion of account management, marketing, communications and both academic and commercial research. Tim previously worked as a Director for an internationally renowned generalist head-hunting company. Prior to this he was Global Head of Research for a £50 million pound full service recruitment company. Tim brings the ability to execute and deliver cross functional and multi-sector assignments throughout the UK and Europe. He is a graduate in History from Newcastle University and has completed a masters in Anglo Saxon history.
Tim’s remit is the development of Write Research Company and Smart Public’s new business development and the smooth transition from Group Sales and Marketing to Group Client Delivery in line with the company’s business plan and strategic direction
